Postpartum Services
Each person has different preferences and needs when it comes to their postpartum period. Starting at birth until 3 months, my goal is to provide care catered to each families needs.
Whats included
Postpartum Doula services include but are not limited to-
-Breastfeeding education and support
-Education and practical help with pumping, milk storage, bottle feeding, formula, and sterilizing pump/bottle parts
-Newborn care in order to prioritize parents rest and filling their needs
-Demonstration and education on soothing techniques, swaddling, and basic newborn care
-Meal and snack preparations to maximize rest and conveniency
-An extra pair of hands in the house to help the adjustment period go smoother
Hours and Information
Hourly Rate: $30 an hour
Planning meeting: $40 (1-2 hours)
Stand alone planning meeting: (for those who do not wish for postpartum support, but would like to plan before baby)$55 (2-3 hours)
Information... While some Postpartum Doulas provide overnight help, My availability is from the hours of 7am-11pm. All Postpartum shifts must be a minimum of 2 hours-A maximum of 6 hours. -12 hours of Postpartum support between the hours of 7am-11pm. -Included is 1 prenatal meetings(does not count as an hour of the 12). This meeting is to become familiar with each other, get to know your family and needs, and go over postpartum planning in order to make your adjustment to new baby as smooth as possible. -Text/call available throughout the 7-11 time frame from birth until 3 months old.
-24 hours of Postpartum support between the hours of 7am-11pm. -Included is 1 prenatal meetings(does not count as an hour of the 24). This meeting is to become familiar with each other, get to know your family and needs, and go over postpartum planning in order to make your adjustment to new baby as smooth as possible. -Text/call available throughout the 7-11 time frame from birth until 3 months old.
-36 hours of Postpartum support between the hours of 7am-11pm. -Included is 1 prenatal meetings(does not count as an hour of the 36). This meeting is to become familiar with each other, get to know your family and needs, and go over postpartum planning in order to make your adjustment to new baby as smooth as possible. -Text/call available throughout the 7-11 time frame from birth until 3 months old. -One free hour of meal prepping
